Freshly baked oil on canvas 12”x9”
In this time of isolation staying connected feels good. I’ve joined a baking group, specifically bread. One of the members made this loaf but accidentally doubled the salt. He was about to throw it away, saying it was only fit as cowlick. I begged him to give it to me so here it is.
An Apple a Day oil on canvas 9”x12” I painted this on 2/26/20, just before everything changed. I had a standing date to go to a friend’s studio and we would paint and chat together. Since Shelter In Place has been in effect we can’t get together. I really haven’t been in the right headspace yet to pick up a brush but I’m hoping that will change.
